Johann Jacob Moser's German State Law (1737 - 1754)
The "Teutsche Staats-Recht" (German State Law) published by Johann Jacob Moser between 1737 and 1754 is an important source for the constitutional history of Germany and the "practice of statehood" in early modern times. In order to facilitate working with the 52-volume work, the "Hauptregister" (main register) published as volume no. 53 will be digitised as a full text. Furthermore, the volumes 44 to 50, which relate to the Reichstag (parliament) of early modern times, will be digitised.
