Acta Pacis Westphalicae (APW) Digital

The 'Acta Pacis Westphalicae' (APW) are the historical-critical edition of the most important sources on the congress of the Peace of Westphalia. By autumn 2013, 48 volumes, containing the central files of the negotiations on the peace treaties concluded by the emperor and imperial estates with France and Sweden on 24 October 1648, had been published. The volumes of the edition are divided into three series: Series I = Instructions, Series II = Correspondences, and Series III = Protocols, Negotiation Acts, Diaries and Varia.
