The Historical Atlas of Bavaria (HAB) is a historical-topographical description of Bavaria, which statistically represents and cartographically documents the ownership, rule and administrative structure of the entire state from the Middle Ages to the present day.
In collaboration with the 'Kommission für bayerische Landesgeschichte' (Commission for Bavarian regional history) the out-of-print volumes of the Historical Atlas are made available online.
